Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, sugar-free eating for babymaking

So tomorrow being my birthday, i thought I’d try to find a cake I could make and more importantly, EAT, for my birthday.  I’ve stayed away from wheat for over 8 years, so it’s always been taboo, but this year, i’m trying to change that.  With the proliferation of so many types of substitute products, I’m hoping it’s now possible!

I’m going to try Sprinkle and Allergies’ Flourless Vanilla Orange Cake in hopes that THIS year, i’ll be able to bake my cake and eat it too!
